Product Manager

Overview Underground Solutions (UGS) has an opening for a Product Manager. The Product Manager – Weko Seal is a key member of the Underground Solutions business team, responsible for driving growth and market adoption of the Weko Seal product line in the U.S. and globally with a primary focus on municipal and industrial water, storm and wastewater pipeline rehabilitation solutions. Underground Solutions is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5 years of sales experience within the water or infrastructure industry, preferably with pipeline rehabilitation solutions Proven track record of working with municipal owners, industrial clients, and engineering firms to specify products for large-scale projects Experience with pipeline rehabilitation products or sealing solutions preferred Established network within the municipal and industrial water infrastructure industry-both domestic and international, as well as knowledge of relevant industry standards and specification processes preferred Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Why Underground Solutions? Join a growing company where you have career growth opportunities Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance Quarterly Sales Bonus Potential $500 monthly Car Allowance Matching 401k 14 weekdays Paid Time Off and 10 paid Holidays per calendar year Tuition Assistance Responsibilities This role combines strategic product management with direct sales and business development efforts, targeting utilities, municipal owners, industrial clients, contractors, and engineering firms to help provide a viable solution to their problem Own the entire lifecycle of each project—from identifying opportunities, setting up project requirements, booking orders, and monitoring customer satisfaction and future needs Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Weko Seal business segment within the Underground Solutions portfolio, specifically targeting municipal and industrial water, storm and wastewater sectors Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with utilities, municipal owners, industrial clients, contractors and engineering consultants Own the full project lifecycle: proactively find new projects, set up project requirements and teams, and drive efforts to win projects through technical support, product education, and direct engagement with decision-makers Act as the primary product expert and advocate, providing input on product enhancements and market needs to internal teams Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposal development, and customer meetings Leverage existing Underground Solutions sales team for geographic support Monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and positioning Represent Weko Seal and Underground Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars Travel to visit customers, job sites, attend conferences, and industry events Azuria Water Solutions Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
