Position Admissions Representative – Nursing & Allied Health Why This Role Matters Unitek graduates enter hospitals, clinics, long‑term care, and community health centers across our region. By connecting motivated people with life‑changing training, you help deliver the workforce our communities urgently need. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who have expressed interest in Unitek programs. Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews. Conduct consultative in‑person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes. Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents. Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue. Who You Are Empathetic, mission‑driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare. Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach and professional follow‑up. Strong consultative sales approach – you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path. Organized and detail‑oriented with experience using a CRM or student information system (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus). Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher‑education sales experience preferred. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience). Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors. Excellent presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
