Production Assistant

Production Assistant Education: B.E. / B-Tech (Mechanical / Electronics) Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Production Department. Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly production plans against the OEM schedule. Analyze monthly and weekly production reports based on targets and take corrective actions for abnormal variances. Perform time and motion studies across all departments for process improvement and production target enhancement. Make prompt daily adjustments in production outputs to meet OEM targets. Maintain 5S across all factory workspaces and take an active role. Senior Accountant Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 3+ years in accounting, preferably with experience in public accounting or as a senior-level accountant. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Busy‑In or ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Lead month‑end and year‑end close process; produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and sub‑ledgers (AR/AP) to ensure data accuracy. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies; support internal and external audits. Analyze account discrepancies, evaluate financial performance, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Manage tax reporting (sales tax, VAT) and prepare documentation for tax audits. Optimize accounting procedures, implement new financial software, and mentor junior accounting staff. Quality Control Officer Education: B.E. / B-Tech (Mechanical / Electronics) Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Quality Control Department. Key Responsibilities Inspection of incoming materials, work‑in‑process (WIP), and finished goods in accordance with OEM standards. Daily recording and maintenance of quality records. Control of part defects and preparation of defect reports (5Y Analysis, Countermeasure Report, Quality Defect Report). Daily monitoring of tagging and traceability of items.
