Assistant Community Manager (Assistant Property Manager)IMT Residential is hiring an Assistant Community Manager (Assistant Property Manager) for IMT Germantown, a 276-unit luxury community in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville.The Assistant Community Manager (Assistant Property Manager) assists the Community Manager in ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet IMT's objectives.Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service that will build lasting relationshipsPerform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency and move-out statementsLease available apartmentsRenew existing leasesStay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulationsConduct market research, project leasing activity, and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programsUse softwares to enter information and pull various reportsAdditional projects and/or duties as assigned by Community ManagerPlease apply if you have:Multi-family housing experienceGeneral knowledge of property bookkeeping and the desire to learn more about financialsExceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with a variety of peopleVerbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skillsThe ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environmentThe ability to make sound business decisionsA positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skillsCollege education helpfulAvailability to work weekends may be required because that is when many customers and your team may need youComputer skills to enter and close service ticketsActive and valid driver license is requiredConsistent with our company values, IMT Residential is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment.
