Why Work With Us? * Competitive Pay * Flexible Working Hours * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave What You’ll Do: * Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, answering questions and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs * Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager by selling a minimum number of vehicles * Explain product performance, features, and benefits, and present optional equipment to customers * Understand each customer’s unique vehicle needs through thoughtful questions and attentive listening * Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities to improve efficiency and plan effectively * Offer test drives to prospects, ensuring proper identification and following dealership procedures What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in automotive sales preferred * Outstanding customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player * Strong written and verbal communication abilities * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ready to drive your career forward?
