Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional care and support to seniors, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Support a team of caregivers, offering guidance, training, and assistance. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members with clients’ personalized care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (30MN Lunch) Benefits Mileage Reimbursement: $0.65/Mile (Paid Weekly) Paid Training (Includes Continuing Education CEUs) Paid Time Off (PTO) (Accrued & Usable After 90 Days) Bonus Structure (Based on Performance, Job Adherence, Company Profits & Weekly Growth After 90 Days) 401K + 3% Company Match Aflac Supplemental Insurance 90-Day & Yearly Pay Evaluations Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
