Job Title: Assembler

Location: South Elgin, IL

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift | 4:00pm - 12:30am (training on 1st shift for few weeks)

Position Type: Long Term Temp

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to support daily production activities within an assembly work cell. This role involves performing a variety of electronic and mechanical assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some manufacturing experience looking to grow their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly, including PCB assembly/testing and box builds
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and assist with meeting production deadlines
• Report any production issues, equipment concerns, or defects to supervisors
• Follow all company safety and quality policies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Work performed in a production and electromechanical lab environment
