What You'll Do
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
- Assess patient progress and modify treatments accordingly
- Provide consultations to patients, families, and care teams
- Document all services accurately in electronic health records
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and the healthcare team on patient progress
- Support and supervise physical therapist assistants, aides, or students as needed
- Participate in meetings and ongoing training to stay aligned with best practices
What You Need
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferred in LTC or rehabilitation settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of APTA standards and state practice acts
