Overview Cash Management Specialist, Treasury Management - AMS The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. The FSSC team consists of corporate financial services such as accounts payable, travel and expense, and cash management. We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. Responsibilities To ensure accurate and timely cash management activities, including daily treasury payments, bank guarantee insurance, funding arrangement, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, monthly closing, etc. To provide support for internal treasury-related inquiries daily. To provide support for internal and external audit requests. To assist in optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the treasury management system. To assist in industry/regional research, project research, and provide timely and effective responses to the China HQ team. To assist in treasury management activities analysis and ensure accurate output to the China HQ team. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in treasury 3+ years of experience in direct cash management preferably at a technology or Internet company Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant systems technology; experience using Online Banking of international banks and bank-enterprise direct connection platform Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system and financial documents, treasury management activities/communication with the China team Preferred Qualifications Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and financial skills Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and functions Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges Experience of local tax payments processing is preferred About Us Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Base pay is part of the Total Package, which may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and RSUs. Benefits vary by location and employment type.
