Line Cooks are essential members of the kitchen team responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes across mixed and varied cuisines. They ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Plate food attractively and consistently
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with health regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food preparation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety principles
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Clear communication skills
- Understanding of sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork abilities
