**Machine Operator (Entry Level – Full Training Provided)

**

**Location: Laconia, NH

**

**Pay: $19.54 – $22.93 per hour + shift premium

**

**Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 – $1,000 at 6 months + $2,000 at 12 months

**As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

**

• Learning to safely operate precision manufacturing equipment.

• Producing high-quality components to exact specifications.

• Monitoring machinery and production processes.

• Inspecting components and identifying quality issues.

• Following all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.

**As a Machine Operator, you will bring:

**

• High School Diploma or GED – required.

• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Genuine availability for 2nd or 3rd shift.

• Mechanical/hands-on aptitude is a plus, but not essential.

**Shift Information

**

• **2nd Shift:

  ** Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM + 10% premium

• **3rd Shift:

  ** Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM + 15% premium
