General Purpose:  Clean and Maintain the Clubhouse and entire Property to include by not limited to, Clubhouse, parking lots, parks, golf course, trails, public areas. Maintain cleanliness on a daily and hourly basis.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure that Clubhouse and Property is aesthetically presentable. Ensure that the Clubhouse and entire property is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. To maintain all cleanliness and sanitizing to the upmost standard on a daily basis while performing the job safely and efficiently.
• Clean clubhouse, driving range area, parks, signage, trails, and parking lots etc (daily)
• Vacuum all mats outside and inside Clubhouse
• Vacuum and clean entire banquet rooms and areas around all banquet rooms, including restrooms and bridal room
• Maintain all safety standards throughout the Club and Property.
• Clean and maintain all fountains
• Clean all trashcans throughout the property and cleaning the entire trash receptacle; inside and out.(daily)
• Clean bathrooms on golf course and remove trash from course (daily)
• Maintain all  restrooms during hours of operation (daily)
• Empty out trash from parks, parking lots, and around clubhouse (daily).
• Identify safety hazards and fix them in a timely fashion
• Receive and complete all work orders
• Mop front entrance and all other travertine around clubhouse, such includes but not limited to loggia, patio, inside hallway, banquet entrance, (daily or after events)
• Replace paper napkins in dispensers throughout clubhouse (daily)
• Maintain light fixtures for the entire property (daily)
• Assist in raising and lowering flag
• Clean bird waste from rails around clubhouse, and benches located in park and anywhere it is present (daily)
• Check and clean all refrigeration units, ice machines, etc  make sure they are working accordingly
• Polish brass throughout the property
• Empty out trash from all offices and dust/clean offices (daily)
• Dust off showcases in pro shop (daily)
• Vacuum offices, restaurants, and pro shop etc
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms in Clubhouse for guests and employees
• Restock all doggie bags on the trails and restock any paper goods in all aspects of the facility
• Dust all tables, chairs and all fixtures,
• Assist with any and all departments and property needs
• Paint and/or repair clubhouse exterior and interior
• Repair plumbing problems in clubhouse and on flushing systems in restrooms (work to be perform within capabilities)
• Refurnish tables in Restaurant when needed
• Hang frames or shelves
• Clean and change light bulbs to all chandeliers, sconces both inside and outside clubhouse
• Repair patio heaters, and umbrellas when needed
• Restock dog dispensers located on trails and parks
• Polish floors inside clubhouse
• Assemble dance floor
• Repair blinds, drapes in Restaurant
• Adjust time in Micro Lite System
• Repair defected tile on roof and  throughout Clubhouse including kitchen
• Assist with power outages to clubhouse
• Clean out fireplaces
• Clean and maintain water fountains
• Clean all mats in the kitchen when needed
• Maintain restrooms during hours of operation includes employees
• Replace all paper towels and toilet paper in all Restrooms
• Clean brass inside clubhouse (thresholds, door levers, bar foot rest, outlets etc...)
• Clean bases of chairs in golfers lounge, and bar area (once a week)
• Clean stone bases inside clubhouse
• Vacuum and dust offices and pro shop
• Refill dispensers in ladies room (as needed)
• Clean light bulbs and dust light fixtures inside clubhouse within reach
• Dust off paintings, and awards throughout clubhouse
• Clean mirrors and windows within reach
• Remove and repair all scratches, damage on walls
• Refill paper napkins dispensers throughout clubhouse including kitchen
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: Basic Maintenance experience

Language Skills: English/Spanish. Must be able to read, communicate and understand any memos. Convey mechanical issues to Supervisor

Mathematical Skills:  Basic math skills required.

Reasoning Ability:  Problem solving, reasoning, and “thinking out of the box” will be a constant requirement; in addition, applying common sense understanding better serve our guests’ needs.

Physical Demands: Frequent walking, occasionally crawling, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and crouching. Must be able to regularly perform repetitive movements such as sweeping, mopping and wiping. Must be able to regularly reach with both arms. Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and on occasions up to 50 pounds.

Vision Requirements:             Regularly uses close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception. Ability to adjust focus. 

Environment/Noise: Frequently works in wet, hot, humid, or cool conditions-including outdoor weather conditions. Regularly works in a warm environment being exposed to high heat and/or flames. Regularly works with or near large equipment such as ovens, Hobart mixers, refrigeration systems, etc. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:   Valid Driver’s License

• Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends and holidays
