Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes. Collaborate with healthcare team members. Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures. Document all nursing assessments and interventions accurately. Participate in activities that enhance professional development. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. Assist in the orientation of new staff members as needed. Maintain a compassionate and respectful environment for patients.
