Business Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analysts to support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continued improvement of the Origami Risk platform. The platform supports both Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Claims functions across a large, decentralized organization with approximately 250 operating companies. This is a hands-on, functional-technical role for professionals who enjoy working directly with business users while also configuring and supporting enterprise systems. The Business Analyst will manage support requests, administer users, build reports, configure workflows, and develop custom forms while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system solutions. Similar internal platform-support responsibilities include system troubleshooting, reporting, forms and workflow configuration, access provisioning, documentation, stakeholder requirements, and platform optimization. Successful candidates will demonstrate curiosity, learning agility, communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across operating companies with different business practices, priorities, and workplace cultures.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education/experience

Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and apply technical/business logic

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data and reporting tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical end users Experience with Origami Risk or another RMIS/GRC platform

Experience with EHS, Risk Management, Claims, or Safety systems

Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting/BI tools

Experience supporting enterprise systems and delivering training across multiple business units
