Stockroom Clerk

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire a Stockroom Clerk who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. • Identify, pick, and distribute inventoried stock items to assigned departments (e.g., PAR rooms, clinical units)
• Restock shelves and bins with incoming inventory and maintain organized supply rooms
• Perform product expiration checks in warehouse and supply rooms; remove outdated items
• Assist with daily cycle counts, year-end inventory, and report par level discrepancies
• Break down pallets and assist with unloading and putting away deliveries
• Respond to customer requests and assist with locating and issuing supplies via Workday
• Dispose of waste and empty boxes, and help maintain a clean and safe storeroom environment
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or materials management preferred

Work Schedule:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
• Typical Daily Schedule: 6am-2:30pm, OR 2p-10:30pm Monday through Friday (scheduled monthly)
• Shift Type: Day
• Weekend Requirements: Required/every other weekend rotation 10:00pm 6:30am
• Holiday Requirements: Required/follow company holiday calendar
• On-Call: no
• Shift Differential Eligible: Yes

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $22.79

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
