Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build major FruitScope OS web application features from concept through production.
• Develop across the backend, frontend, UI/UX, and database layers.
• Create intuitive interfaces that make complex agricultural data actionable across millions of plants and billions of crops.
• Build scalable and efficient backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Work directly with farmers to understand problems and rapidly improve the product.
• Own customer problems end to end, including solution design, implementation, production release, and learning from customer feedback.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production-quality web applications at scale.
• Experience with modern frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure; React, Python, PostgreSQL, or Google Cloud experience is helpful.
• Ability and desire to develop features end to end across the full stack while incorporating customer feedback.
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
• Comfort working autonomously with substantial ownership.
• Bias toward action, ability to move quickly, and ability to learn quickly.
• Fluency with AI coding tools.
