Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate long-haul dry van routes based out of North Little Rock, AR, delivering freight nationwide as a solo OTR driver for HMD. You'll focus on safe, timely transport, accurate logs, and clear communication with dispatch while representing the company on the road.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-A dry van with a sleeper and complete required pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain ELD records and trip paperwork, secure freight, and comply with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with our in-house shop to reduce downtime and keep equipment road-ready.

Requirements & perks: CDL-A and 12+ months OTR experience required. Pay starts at 65 CPM with typical weekly miles near 2,500, plus safety and referral bonuses, modern tractors with APUs/inverters, biweekly home time, and full benefits including health and 401(k).
