Carolina Meadows, a premier continuing care retirement community in Chapel Hill, is seeking compassionate and dependable home care companions and CNAs to provide personalized, non-medical support to our residents. As a home care companion/CNA, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and support them with the activities of daily living in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing warm conversation and companionship
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Engaging residents in social activities
• Running errands or providing transportation within the community
• Offering support with personal hygiene and dressing, as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior home care experience is preferred.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy.
• Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
