Job Overview Hanker Systems Inc is seeking a local contract RN Oncology for a role in Los Angeles, California. This role involves administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive oncology treatments for adult and geriatric patients. Position Details Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 40 hours Shift: Day Shift – 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Employment Type: Local Contract Requirements Active California RN license BLS certification (AHA or ARC) ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification REQUIRED Minimum 2 years Oncology RN experience (outpatient preferred) Epic charting experience REQUIRED Strong infusion and port management skills First‑time travelers accepted Key Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and immunotherapy per ONS guidelines Access and manage ports, PICC lines, and central lines Monitor patients for oncologic emergencies including anaphylaxis, extravasation, sepsis, and tumor lysis syndrome Perform IV infusions, IV push medications, and hydration therapy Provide patient and family education and psychosocial support Document care accurately in Epic About Hanker Systems Inc Healthcare staffing at Hanker Systems Inc is focused on delivering the right talent to support quality patient care.
