Customer Service II

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service II to join their team. As a Customer Service II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Little Canada, MN

Pay Range: $22/hr

What's the Job?

• Receives and processes customer rental and purchase orders following established procedures
• Interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, creates shipping paperwork, and communicates waybill information
• Maintains ongoing contact with customers until shipments are received at the destination
• Follows up on order discrepancies, credit holds, and product availability issues, collaborating with team leads and supervisors
• Provides updates on order status, inventory, and supports billing corrections to ensure accuracy

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant specialized training or experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and clarify customer orders effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating ERP and CRM databases
