Ambassador is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Technician to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately processing incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Unload incoming trucks and receive materials.

Apply barcode labels and process incoming inventory.

Identify and process non-conforming materials according to company procedures.

Review production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine material requirements and priorities.

Coordinate with department supervisors regarding material availability and overdue items.

Requisition materials and schedule deliveries based on production priorities.

Calculate material quantities needed to complete production orders.

Monitor and control the movement of materials throughout the facility.

Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records for received, stocked, and distributed materials.

Compile and maintain inventory and production documentation.

Coordinate with forklift operators to ensure timely delivery of materials to production.

Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, verify part numbers, and identify damaged or mislabeled items.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding production material needs.

Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve material-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license; MVR required.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
