Project Manager – Concrete Specialization Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year Benefits Competitive Base Pay Profit Sharing Strong Benefits Package Matching 401k Car Allowance with Gas Card Responsibilities Oversee the entire life cycle of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and closing. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively manage and report on project Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals. Lead procurement, securing materials and services cost‑effectively and timely. Prepare and review project submittals, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards. Implement rigorous cost control measures to keep projects within budget. Present regular project updates and reviews to senior management. Conduct negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure advantageous terms. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Construction industry. Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects emphasizing concrete. Experience with government projects is an added advantage. Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams. Excellent project planning, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project tracking, budgeting, cost control, and financial management. Familiarity with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting. Demonstrated negotiation skills and conflict resolution. Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
