About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, PMP-certified Project Manager – Operations to lead operational projects, improve business processes, and drive organizational efficiency. This individual will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage project timelines and resources, identify operational risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects from planning through execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, standardize processes, and increase operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and project plans.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, risks, and performance against established objectives.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Support the implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in operations or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, resources, and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across departments, and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing SOPs, process maps, and operational performance dashboards.
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementations, or business transformation initiatives.
