Trial Attorney – Help Build California’s Next Leading Criminal Defense Firm | Los Angeles, CA

Michael and Associates is a new type of criminal defense firm seeking a senior Criminal Defense Attorney.

We’re not your run-of-the-mill criminal defense practice, and our ambitions aren’t small. In fact, our goal is to be the largest criminal defense firm in Texas within three years.

We’re taking best practices of the world’s leading tech companies and applying them to the legal profession to create a criminal defense firm unlike any other.

That's right, in addition to providing top-notch legal services, we're developing advanced expertise in things such as digital marketing, process automation, and hiring practices. We believe this enables us to provide a whole new level of client experience, while becoming one of the largest criminal defense firms in the country.

Since opening, our phones have been ringing off the hooks, and we are on track to have hundreds of cases by year’s end.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience practicing criminal defense in California
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
• Ready to make an immediate impact with one of California's fastest-growing criminal defense firms

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year, with compensation open to negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
