Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents. Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options. Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions. Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards. Qualifications Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
