Line Cook - Kitchen Department (Full-Time Seasonal)
Join the culinary team at Mountain View Country Club, where hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to contribute to our high standards of food quality and service during the busy seasonal months. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to showcase their skills in a refined, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are consistently followed
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely and exceptional dining experiences
- Support the team in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation during busy periods
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook or similar role
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work full-time hours during the seasonal period, including weekends and holidays
