Machine Operator – Production

1st Shift:  6 am - 2:30 pm  $17.50/hr

2nd Shift:  2 pm - 10:30 pm  $18/hr

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to work in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse environment. This position is responsible for operating sorting equipment, maintaining production and quality standards, and ensuring all safety and production documentation is completed accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate sorting machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Monitor equipment and production flow to meet daily productivity goals.

• Complete safety checklists, production logs, and quality documentation accurately and on time.

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow established quality, SQF, food safety, and manufacturing procedures.

• Perform routine housekeeping and follow a clean-as-you-go process.

• Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and immediately report equipment, safety, or quality concerns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or production experience preferred.

• Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.

• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
