Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
The ICU RN is responsible for delivering specialized patient care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide urgent and effective treatments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license and State License verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Ability to work every other weekend and be on call as required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Successfully completed onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.
