Location: Cary, North Carolina Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends or holidays Employment Type: Full-Time

Your Responsibilities

• Administer allergy immunotherapy injections according to established dosing schedules
• Monitor patients following injections and promptly recognize signs of systemic or anaphylactic reactions
• Educate patients on EpiPen use, allergen avoidance, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and patient testing information
• Follow all clinical, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current CMA or RMA certification required
• Previous experience in a medical office, specialty clinic, or allergy/immunology setting preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, particularly with injection dosing
• Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
