Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine and advanced clinical tests across various areas including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Thoroughly analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document all laboratory processes meticulously, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of quality within the lab.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be completed within one year of your start date.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your tenure.
