Residential Cleaning Technician – Part-Time, Growth Opportunity

Kentucky Maid | Louisville, KY

Kentucky Maid is a growing residential cleaning company serving the Louisville area, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for increased hours and growth as our company grows. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a temporary job—ideally, someone who can become a reliable, long-term part of our team.

Cleaning experience is a plus, but reliability, communication, work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important to us.

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes throughout the Louisville and surrounding areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, clean kitchens and bathrooms, and complete detailed cleaning tasks
• Follow Kentucky Maid cleaning checklists and quality standards
• Properly use and care for company supplies and equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Arrive on time and ready to work for every scheduled shift
• Work alongside a team and independently once fully trained

Schedule

• Primarily Monday–Friday during daytime hours
• Applicants should generally be available between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hours may vary depending on our weekly client schedule
• Part-time to start, with the opportunity for additional hours as the company grows
• No regular evening or weekend schedule

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to perform physical cleaning work throughout the day, including bending, reaching, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
