Learning Consultant

DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and business-focused Learning Consultant to support digital learning initiatives that drive dealer and customer adoption of Caterpillar's digital products and services.This consultant will identify learning needs, design scalable learning solutions, develop role-based learning pathways, and partner with stakeholders across product, business, and dealer organizations. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
