Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,402 per week

Overview Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. Start date: 06/08/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Travel assignment. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services; provide direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer treatment plan with specific goals tailored to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families regarding appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs; plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be in process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
