BI/Dashboard Software Engineer I

Position Description PingWind is seeking a BI/Dashboard Software Engineer I responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting business intelligence and dashboard solutions that provide accurate, timely, and actionable visibility into MODES III task activities and performance. Responsibilities Develops and maintains dashboard applications and business intelligence components supporting O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations reporting. Implements data integration, transformation, and visualization features to support consistent and reliable dashboard reporting. Builds and enhances interactive dashboard elements, including widgets, filters, and visualizations, to support effective monitoring of task status and metrics. Assists with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure dashboard reliability and usability. Collaborates with Business Analysts, UI/UX Analysts, and Agile teams to translate functional requirements into implemented dashboard features.
