Nursing Scheduler and Social Services Assistant
Position: PT Nursing Scheduler and PT Social Services Assistant

About the Role:
As a Nursing Scheduler and Social Services Assistant at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal resource allocation
Developing and implementing schedules to meet the needs of our therapy department
Communicating with staff members, supervisors, and department managers to ensure seamless operational workflows
Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
Collaborating with the therapy department to ensure alignment with treatment plans and patient care goals
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on scheduling or operations
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members, supervisors, and department managers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements
