Role Description The Sales Intern role at DYR Sports is a part-time, hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Intern supports day-to-day sales activities, including assisting with outreach to prospective customers, following up on leads, and helping to maintain customer and prospect data in CRM tools. The Sales Intern collaborates with the sales and customer service teams to respond to customer inquiries, identify opportunities to improve the sales process, and gather feedback from customers. The individual in this role will also help with basic reporting and tracking sales performance metrics. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams in a professional and helpful manner. Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills, including comfort with outreach, lead follow-up, and basic sales pipeline support. Interest or experience in Training, with the ability to learn sales processes quickly and support knowledge sharing within the team. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between in-office work in Alpharetta, GA and remote tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail when updating records and preparing sales materials. Proficiency with common office software and comfort learning CRM or sales tools. Interest in sports, especially cheerleading, dance, or volleyball, is beneficial.
