As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the Club. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing guest areas, event spaces, and common areas, as well as responding promptly to member requests for assistance. Your attention to detail and commitment to creating a clean and welcoming environment will be vital in enhancing the overall experience for our members and ensuring their satisfaction.ANCC housekeepers are responsible for providing the highest quality housekeeping service to our members and guests, while maintaining the service standards set forth by the housekeeping management team. Work hard to promote the business and best interests of Army Navy Country Club.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily scheduled cleaning services as assigned by ManagerSurface dustingVacuum, mop and sweepClean windowsBathroom cleaningLaundryIronPerform thorough deep clean of event spaces as requiredReport all maintenance issues to Manager, immediatelyReport all safety and security issues to Manager, immediatelyCommunicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilledComplete all other tasks as assigned by the Service ManagerKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe employee in this position must possess the knowledge and skills to demonstrate the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. The employee in this position should be dependable, trustworthy, able to work well in a team, and lift up to 40lbs.
