Plant Manager

Plant Manager Opportunity
For someone 7-10 years of experience, this is a chance at a plant manager role for someone who would typically have to wait a long time to get one. For someone with more experience, this is an opportunity to have a seat at the table. This role reports to the COO – they come to planning meetings with the other plant managers and you are involved in the overall strategy and vision for the company.
Your responsibilities include taking general direction and then running with that direction in terms of how it’s achieved. Firstly, you have a lot of autonomy. Currently this facility is sold out – they recently recaptured a customer they had previously lost and that has upped the demand significantly. This role will require creativity and a hands-on approach.
