Salary: TBD Daily Hours: 4 hour per day Position Three Forks School operates a 4 day work week (Monday-Thursday) Reports To: Food Service Director

Job Duties:

• Prepare sandwiches according to the students/teachers order
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Preparing all sandwich ingredients, which includes washing, cutting, slicing, chopping
• Knowledge on the food items that are prepared to explain to students/teachers
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work station at all times
• Responsible for food temp check log, practicing FIFO
• Set yourself up with condiments, sandwich toppings, pulling bread out, lunch meat, preparing sandwich salads
• Need to present a positive work attitude
• Must be able to handle loud noises

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrate an ability to work at a fast pace while standing for long periods of time

Optional Qualifications:

• Food Handlers Permit or ServSafe Certificate (this will be needed after hire if you don't currently have one)

Work Environment:

We create a positive and fun work environment in the kitchen. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work under pressure of the students. The employee is directly responsible for the safety and well being of the students. The noise level in this position is moderate to heavy. It does get pretty loud when trying to hear what the student is saying.
