You’ll focus heavily on pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, including: Infant and pediatric feeding therapy Swallowing dysfunction Complex medical diagnoses Outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) Developmental follow‑up for NICU graduates Be Part of a Child’s Journey From the Beginning As a member of our NICU Follow‑Up Clinic team, you’ll help support premature and medically complex infants as they grow and develop beyond their hospital stay. Your work directly influences developmental outcomes during some of the most important stages of a child’s life. You’ll work with patients ranging from birth through adolescence and have the support of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to helping children reach their fullest potential. Enjoy: Easy access to Glacier National Park Hiking, biking, skiing, boating, and fishing Family‑friendly communities Short commutes and exceptional quality of life A lower cost of living than many major metropolitan areas What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with feeding, swallowing, speech, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Perform and interpret outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) Participate in NICU Follow‑Up Clinic evaluations and developmental care planning Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing teams, and families to support optimal outcomes Provide timely and compliant documentation Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Required Current Montana Speech‑Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain prior to hire Experience treating pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required. Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Full‑time, 36 hours per week, variable day shifts Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
