Allied Government Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for multiple positions at the Washington Passport Agency. Join the Passport Processing Team and pursue a meaningful career at a prominent federal government facility. Support Associate III Essential responsibilities include processing customer inquiries, preparing and mailing U.S. passports and U.S. Passport ID cards, operating computer systems and office equipment, and performing heavy data entry, filing, scanning and retrieval of documents. Responsibilities Provide outstanding in‑person and over‑the‑phone customer service to passport applicants Process and reconcile customer inquiry correspondence and passport documents Operate a variety of computer systems and office equipment to prepare, process and mail passports Perform heavy data entry, filing, scanning and data retrieval tasks Minimum Job Requirements United States citizenship required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Ability to pass government‑required credit check and Secret clearance investigation (average 1–2 months) Team‑player with dedicated work ethic Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds Excellent organizational, customer‑service and interpersonal skills Experience in a call‑center or similar environment (plus) Effective communication skills; multilingual skills a plus Strong computer, filing and data‑entry skills Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a document processing office setting Preferred 2–4 years in government contract environment Additional Job Details Full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position Schedule – 1st shift, Mon‑Fri, 8:00AM – 4:45PM (hours may vary) Must be willing and able to work overtime hours as required Pay rate: $24.65 per hour Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, EAP and Life Insurance, employee‑funded 401(k) with match, 11 paid federal holidays, paid sick leave, paid time off Real ID or passport required to enter facility To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
