The Associate will support senior investment professionals across origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments.Key responsibilities include performing detailed credit analysis of borrowers, collateral pools, transaction structures, and counterparties; building and maintaining financial models, cash flow analyses, stress scenarios, and sensitivity analyses; conducting industry and market research to support investment decisions; and assisting in developing investment theses and recommendations.The role also involves supporting deal leaders in structuring private credit and asset-based finance transactions, coordinating execution workstreams across internal and external stakeholders, managing transaction timelines and closing processes, and preparing investment memoranda and presentation decks for investment committee approval.PGIM is seeking candidates with a bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, structured credit, investment banking, or related investing roles. The position follows a hybrid work model with 3 days in the Newark office. An MBA or progress toward CFA is a plus.Apply for this Position
