Senior Electrical Estimator

Houston, TX | Up to $140,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits We're partnering with one of Texas' fastest-growing commercial electrical contractors to recruit a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their expanding Preconstruction team in Houston, Texas. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, pricing a diverse range of commercial projects while helping shape the future of the estimating department. Projects Include: Commercial Buildings Higher Education Mission Critical Design-Build Projects Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and bid proposals. Complete quantity take-offs using Accubid and LiveCount . Review drawings, specifications and bid documentation. Develop labour, material and subcontractor pricing. Attend pre-bid meetings and project walkthroughs. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Mentor junior estimators and support continuous improvement within the estimating team. What We're Looking For: 5+ years' commercial electrical estimating experience. Strong commercial electrical construction background. Experience using Accubid (LiveCount highly desirable). Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy. Team-oriented, proactive and driven to deliver high-quality work. What's On Offer: Up to $140,000 base salary. Performance Bonus. 401(k). PTO & Paid Holidays.
