Job Description Nurse Manager- Med Surg/Tele located at Napa, CA. This position will work Full Time 8-hour Day shifts. The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas.
