Maintenance Director We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Vivo Healthcare West Orange in Ocoee, Florida. As a key member of our facilities team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our healthcare facility's equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Inspect and maintain all facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety regulations. Oversee the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime. Collaborate with facility management and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated expertise in maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and collaborate with staff and stakeholders.
