As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support key initiatives across our surgical, medspa, and health businesses. This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how a fast-growing, multi-location practice drives patient acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support both day-to-day execution and longer-term strategic initiatives. Reporting to Chief of Staff Location Support marketing initiatives including events, promotions, and campaign execution Assist with tracking and analyzing key performance metrics (leads, consults, conversions, revenue) Help manage and update CRM pipelines (Pipedrive) to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-up Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities Assist in coordinating content, email campaigns, and patient communications Support event planning and execution (in-practice events, partnerships, community outreach) Help identify opportunities to improve patient experience, conversion, and retention Take on special projects that support growth across surgery, medspa, and health Your Background Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business operations in the aesthetics industry Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with data and learning new systems (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Strong oral and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits This is an hourly position at a competitive rate Seeking a candidate able to work at least 30 hours a week for much of the summer #J-18808-Ljbffr Askamelia
