Senior Account Executive – Workday HealthcareRemote | USA | Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive – Workday Healthcare to drive new business, expand existing relationships, and support growth across a Workday-focused consulting practice.This is a senior sales position involving direct engagement with C-suite and senior business stakeholders, as well as close collaboration with consulting, client management, and pre-sales teams.The ideal candidate will have experience selling ERP/HCM solutions into medium and large enterprises, a strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, and a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by developing new opportunities and expanding existing enterprise accounts.Develop targeted account strategies based on identified business needs.Manage complex sales opportunities, including RFP responses, sales presentations, and formal proposals.Identify opportunities to expand relationships and introduce additional consulting and cloud solutions.Work closely with internal consulting, client management, and technical teams throughout the sales cycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.Develop trusted relationships within prospective organizations and identify key internal champions.Develop strategic sales strategies focused on enterprise-level opportunities.Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and professional engagements.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process and following successful engagements.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree.4-8+ years of experience with ERP or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.Consulting or sales leadership experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, UKG/UltiPro, ADP, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of Workday, HR transformation, change management, and related technology solutions.Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating across multiple business functions.Understanding of implementation lifecycles and implementation methodologies.Experience advising clients on implementation strategy.Strong ability to present complex software and consulting solutions to both technical and business audiences.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Experience developing and executing strategic sales strategies at the C-suite level.Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.Nice to HaveExperience selling for or alongside a Workday implementation/consulting partner.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience selling into medium and large enterprise organizations.Established relationships within the Workday ecosystem.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $140,000Additional performance-based incentives may be available.The overall compensation package may also include a comprehensive range of benefits, which can include:Health and welfare benefits401(k) and retirement programsProfessional development opportunitiesTuition assistanceEmployee assistance programsFlexible and remote working arrangementsWhy Join?Work with a growing team delivering innovative HR technology and transformation solutions.Engage directly with senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations.Opportunity to influence strategic growth within a Workday-focused practice.Collaborative environment with experienced consulting, technology, and sales professionals.Strong opportunities for professional development and career progression.Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Luchian Van Der Merwe
