RooferHCS is seeking an experienced Roofer in Centreville, VA! The Roofer will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.Responsibilities:Maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systemsInstallation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other systemsSafe operation of tools and practicesFollow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practicesWork outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasksClimbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbsEffective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employeesRequirements:Valid driver's licensePre-Employment Screening5+ Years' experience in Commercial RoofingReliable Transportation
