Responsibilities
- Provide bedside respiratory care to patients across ages per unit protocols, including assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Operate and adjust mechanical ventilators (e.g., Hamilton C3/T1) and NIV devices; manage ventilator settings in collaboration with physicians
- Deliver bronchodilator therapy, airway clearance, hyperinflation techniques, and NIV therapy; administer inhaled medications as prescribed
- Participate in external transports of adult critical care patients and ensure safe handoffs; support ICU/ED workflows as needed
- Document care thoroughly in the electronic medical record; collaborate with Pulmonary Critical Care physicians and hospitalists to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements
- Active Respiratory Therapist license and RRT credential (as required by the state)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
- Neonatal/pediatric (NICU/PICU) experience required
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift in a high-acuity hospital setting
