• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience with skills in balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts, and lab draws

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to ICU and PCU patients, including neuro, spine, cardiac, and medical/surgical cases
• Manage critically ill patients, including those with balloon pumps, Impella, and post-open heart surgery
• Conduct own labs, PICC placements, and manage vascular access independently
• Respond to code situations confidently and conduct emergency procedures
• Float to other inpatient units and ED as needed within your skill set
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Follow all unit policies and ensure compliance with safety standards

What You Need

• Current Kansas RN license or valid Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU/CCU nursing experience
• Proficiency with critical care equipment and procedures
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Flexibility to float across various inpatient units and work weekends; holiday coverage as needed
